Abstract

Ante el acrecentamiento de la comisión de delitos y ante la parsimonia, indolencia y desnaturalización del proceso judicial y de la justicia; surge la urgente necesidad de una respuesta que busque legitimarlos en prontitud y oportunidad.

                                                                                                      

Una medida conducente a contrarrestarlo, resulta ser la creación y funcionamiento de los Juzgados de Flagrancia Delictiva.

 

En la presente entrega, se analiza la puesta en marcha de la mencionada estrategia.
