SERVIÇO SOCIAL E POLÍTICA DE EDUCAÇÃO NO MUNICÍPIO DE SÃO JOSÉ DO RIO PRETO = SOCIAL SERVICE AND EDUCATION POLICE IN THE CITY OF SÃO JOSÉ DO RIO PRETO
Resumo
O presente trabalho é resultado de estudos realizados para melhor compreensão sobre a organização do ensino infantil e a importância do engajamento do assistente social na área educacional, mais especificamente no que tange às creches, lutando pela garantia dos direitos da criança até 03 anos de idade a ter acesso a essas instituições e demais políticas educacionais, conforme garantem a Constituição Federal de 1988, a Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDB) e o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA). Estes documentos enfatizam que o acesso é um direito de todos e dever do Estado e da família, intervindo nas manifestações da questão social e nos desafios que surgem no campo educacional, uma vez que a intervenção do assistente social está voltada para a melhoria das condições de vida da população, tendo portanto o profissional a competência e a necessidade de inserir-se também no espaço educacional.

ABSTRACT
This article is the result of studies that aimed to understand the organization of children’s education and the importance of the social worker engaging in education, more specifically about the daycare, fighting for the realization children’s up to 3 years right to have access to these institutions and other institutional policies, as guaranteed by the 1988 Federal Constitution, the Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education and the Child and Adolescent’s Status, which generally disposes as a right of all and obligation of the State and the family, intervened on the manifestations of the social issues and the challenges that arise in the educational field, since the intervention of the social worker is focused on improving people’s living conditions and, therefore, has the professional competence and the need to be part of the educational space.
