AVALIAÇÃO: INDICADOR DE DESEMPENHO DO ALUNO OU DA ESCOLA? = RATING: A STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT INDICATOR OR SCHOOL ACHIEVEMENT INDICATOR?
Resumo
O objetivo deste artigo é analisar as concepções da avaliação entre alunos e as instituições de ensino, buscando perceber a avaliação como atividade constante e integradora do processo de aprendizagem. Iremos analisar a avaliação inicialmente como indicador de desempenho do aluno, principalmente os matriculados no ensino fundamental e médio das Escolas Estaduais e no segundo momento os indicadores de desempenho da escola, através da Lei Federal N.º 5.692/1971 e da LDB 9.394/1996, momento em que analisaremos a introdução e permanência do Sistema de Avaliação do Rendimento Escolar do Estado de São Paulo - SARESP. Nas Considerações finais, destacamos que a avaliação deve ser um processo de ensino-aprendizagem na qual a escola tenha compromisso no desenvolvimento intelectual do aluno, para que estes estejam capacitados para melhorar a qualidade da escola.

ABSTRACT
The goal of this article is to analyze the conceptions of evaluation between students and educational institutions, trying to perceive the evaluation as a constant and integrational activity in learning process. We will examine the evaluation at first place as a student performance indicator especially those who are entered in the primary and secondary colleges of the State and, at a second moment, the schools performance indicators through the Federal Law 5.692/1971 and LBD 9.394/1996 the moment which we will analyse the introduction and the perseverence of the System Evaluation of Educational Achievement of the State of Sao Paulo - SARESP. In the final considerations, we detached that the evaluation must be a teaching-learning process in which the school must have the pledge in student intelectual development so that these be able to improve the school quality.
