SOME REFLECTIONS ON THE IMPORTANCE OF LINKING ACTIONS THAT GUIDE GENDER RELATIONS AND SEXUAL DIVERSITY IN EDUCATION
Abstract
This article is the result of a master's thesis that deals with Education and Sexual and Gender Diversity, based on an analysis of the proposal for transversal themes from the perspective of educators, published in 2017. It is necessary to understand the movement performed by the gender category in the relations established by the social subjects in the capitalist context in order to investigate how to give the expressions of the processes of construction and constant reconstruction of gender identities and the dynamics of human sexuality in education. This reflective exercise enables us to find out what the interference of the school as a legitimate area for education in these processes, and what coping possibilities to oppression related to gender and sexuality that are able to be circumscribed in this space.
