Abstract

The objective of the present work is to give centrality to the debate on autonomy and professional competence of Social Work in times of salaried and precarious work.. In the 21st century, work is increasingly taken over by the productive forces through the intensification of exploitation that raises questions about work management that acts in a way that defines the competence and confronts the professional autonomy of social workers. It is assumed that with this intervention by management, it is likely to have a work environment that generates illness and ethical-political suffering, in addition to promoting the manifestation of subjective precariousness and objective precariousness. Social Work in the face of work management is affected in such a way as to have the risk of losing active power in the face of capital onslaughts and, installation of a state of servitude that leads to ethical-political suffering, especially, determinations tend to delegitimize autonomy and professional competence.
