PATRIARCHAL ORDER OF GENDER AND SEXUAL VIOLENCE: MEANINGS FROM THE BRAZILIAN SCIENTIFIC PRODUCTION IN SOCIAL WORK

Abstract

: This article is the result of research linked to the Gender
Violence Research Group - class, race and sex - CRESer/UEL. The
general objective of this work was to investigate the contemporary
Brazilian scientific production in Social Work on sexual violence,
identifying the meaning of this phenomenon and its relationship with
the patriarchal order of gender. It was a descriptive research of a
qualitative nature. Data collection took place through bibliographic
research of the main publications of scientific articles in Social Work
published in Qualis A1 and A2 classification journals, through the
Sucupira Platform database. Among the results achieved, there was a
lack of studies on sexual violence against women in adulthood, thus
obtaining a generational cut of children and adolescents
